This is a big, dense red from Australia. There are rich, concentrated red fruit flavors. It is right for you if you like really heavy, fruit forward reds from New World wine regions. It isn't for the faint of heart.

Notes on the Wine

A heady nose of red and black fruits, dried lavender, acacia, myrtle, and black olive. The palate is ripe and supple, but with a transparency and vivacity to the fruit. Flavors of blood orange, dried boysenberry, saltbush, pepperberry, and cured kangaroo meat. A rich warm body, with open fruit, soft tannins, and a prickle of acidity. The ‘Monster’ lives up to its name: a massive wine, but with nuance and softness.
